Judge Faith Hochberg has had a distinguished career as a federal judge, serving for over 15 years and widely recognized for her mastery of complex litigation and multi-district litigation. She presided over 132 patent cases. Her experience is wide ranging, encompassing Patent, Copyright, and Trademark cases; Pharmaceutical cases; Securities litigation; Class Actions; Insurance matters; Antitrust; Banking and Bank Regulatory matters; Life Science and Biotech; Computer and Software disputes; Arbitration; and Mediation.
In her ADR practice, Judge Hochberg serves on the rosters of Federal Arbitration (FedArb); CPR; ICC; WIPO (World Intellectual Property); and has been selected for the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals,
